What I Ate

During my visit, I tried the following delicious dishes and drinks:

  • Puttanesca Pasta: This pasta dish features tomatoes, capers, olives, anchovies, oregano, and chili. It was my first time trying this flavor combination, and it was incredibly delicious. The complex flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a remarkable umami experience. The staff added cheese afterward, enhancing the depth of flavor even more. This pasta is highly recommended.


  • Apple Juice: I also had apple juice, which is rare in Ethiopia. It was a bit bitter and refreshing, providing a light and enjoyable taste.


My Recommendation
