La Nouvelle Cafe & Restaurant: Delicious Bolognese Spaghetti in Addis Ababa

Today, I’m excited to share my recent dining experience at La Nouvelle Cafe & Restaurant, a charming spot where I enjoyed a delightful meal. This restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes, perfect for a memorable dining experience.

Location and Ambiance

La Nouvelle Cafe & Restaurant is conveniently located in the city center, close to the airport. It's situated in a quieter part of the city center, offering a peaceful dining experience. I wandered around the area and was surprised to find such a wonderful place hidden here.

The interior is beautifully decorated, making it a perfect spot for couples. The high ceilings and well-designed lighting add to the rich ambiance of the place. During my visit, there was a power outage, and we enjoyed our Bolognese Spaghetti by candlelight, which added to the romantic atmosphere. This special moment made the dining experience even more charming.


What I Ate

For this visit, I chose the Bolognese Spaghetti:

  • Bolognese Spaghetti: This dish was exceptionally delicious! The flavor was rich and well-balanced, with a strong umami presence that made every bite satisfying. The cheese flavor was also prominent, adding a delightful richness to the dish. The sauce was thick and creamy, coating the spaghetti perfectly and creating a harmonious blend of flavors. It’s highly recommended. I'm also curious to try their other pasta dishes!

While I ordered pasta this time, La Nouvelle Cafe & Restaurant also offers a variety of sandwiches and burgers. I’m looking forward to trying their burgers on my next visit. The diverse menu makes it an attractive spot for various tastes.
